I am a Solicitor in the Private Client team based in our Southampton office. I qualified as a Solicitor in November 2020, before relocating and joining Trethowans in January 2023.
I regularly advise clients on the preparation of both their Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney. I strongly believe that a person’s wishes about their affairs should be respected, and will do my best to put measures in place to allow this, so far as is possible.
I also have a great deal of experience advising executors and administrators on the administration of their loved one’s estate, striving to take the pressure and worry away from them at such a difficult time. I can advise on any aspect of the administration, including obtaining the Grant of Probate or Representation, or assist with the entire process.
