Paul is the head of the Commercial Property group at Trethowans and has practiced in the South Coast commercial property market for over 20 years.

Paul joined Trethowans as a partner in 2010 having previously worked at the Southampton offices of both regional and national firms.

Notable work highlights

• Acted for international client in acquisition by way conditional contract for new state of the art production facility with capital value of £50m.
• Acted for receivers in development and sale of London residential development scheme.
• Acted for syndicated investors on acquisition, disposal and letting of multiple properties.
• Acted for both Landlords and Tenants on significant lettings of landmark office buildings within the region.
