Melanie is an Associate in the Commercial Property team at Trethowans.
Melanie joined Trethowans in 2005 and during that time has gained an in-depth knowledge of pension fund transactions, acting for some of the country’s largest pension providers.
Melanie also acts for various banks in relation to secured lending work, as well as individuals and companies with property portfolios.
Notable work highlights
- Acting for a bank taking security over a local golf course worth £3m, comprising 10 different parcels of land.
- Acting for a client on the acquisition of a large commercial building, subsequent refinances and leases of the 9 units following conversion.
