- Supporting a family in obtaining a parental order for their baby after the baby was conceived with the assistance of a surrogate in India.

Testimonials
What our clients say about Kimberley
“Kimberley was fantastic. Having picked up my dissolution from another firm she grasped the state of play instantly and managed to negotiate a fair settlement for both parties and get it over the line with great advice and communication. I would recommend her and her team in a heartbeat!”
“The mediation with Kimberley was fantastic. I felt heard, understood and dealt with fairly. The boundaries were maintained and the highly emotional situation I was in was handled delicately and firmly. I would thoroughly recommend this mediation service for a fair, organised and efficient way to navigate a divorce. Thank you.”
“She has shown great expertise in her field, wise counsel throughout and consummate professionalism. I have no hesitation in recommending Kimberley.”
“I am truly grateful for the work you and your team did last year advising me during my divorce. You helped by explaining to me the processes, the technicalities, and the timings and to expect a few ups and downs along the way. You helped to maintain the desired amicable atmosphere throughout, despite some rather heavy-handed communications from the other side at one point, and my ex and I arrived at an agreement easily. Your fees were as quoted, your office was efficient and all communications were clear and timely. Going into this was a challenge for me, however, looking back from where I am now I can say that it was all very much worthwhile. My ex is now happy in her new life, I am happy in my new life, our children are mostly adjusted to the new norm. Amazing what a year can do.”
“I absolutely loved working with Kimberley Davies. She was so efficient, fast, professional, reliable and stood my ground. I couldn’t ask for a better representation.”
“Andrew Mercer is a top lawyer with very long experience and a wise head. He will always strive to achieve sensible practical and commercial solutions. Grant Cameron and Kimberley Davies are also highly experienced practitioners with great track records and are excellent to work with”
