Emma is a Paralegal in the Commercial Property team in Southampton and has over 6 years’ property experience.
Emma joined the firm in 2016 as a Legal Secretary and studied a Specialist Paralegal Course in Commercial Property with Central Law Training (Part of University of Law) whilst working full time. She qualified in June 2022 achieving 73%-96% across 6 assignments and 84% in her final exam.
Emma assists senior members of the Commercial Property Department in a range of commercial transactions including sales, purchases, leases, licences, development sites and commercial lending.
