Ci-Kay is a Senior Associate in the Commercial Property team based in our Southampton office. Ci-Kay specialises in a range of commercial property work. Her experience includes acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold properties, advising a variety of landlords and corporate occupiers in the retail, industrial and office sectors, advising banks on the real estate aspects of secured lending transactions and providing corporate support for the real estate elements.
Notable work highlights
- Acted for a landlord on a conditional agreement for lease and ancillary documents for a £23 million healthcare site.
- Acted for a number of national retailers in the acquisition of new sites and the management of their property portfolios including agreements for lease, lease renewals and re-gears.
- Carried out title due diligence for potential future development of school sites.
- Advised a corporate occupier on the acquisition of a large industrial warehouse at a rent of £4 million over the lease term.
- Advised an institutional lender on a £7.75 million development loan for the erection of a hotel.
- Acted for local authorities on investment acquisitions and disposals and general asset management for their property portfolios.
- Acted for a European retailer on their UK store roll out.
