Charities Webinar - Legacies, estate administration and charities

The charities team at Trethowans are pleased to invite you to a programme of webinars covering a range of legal topics for charity trustees, employees and volunteers.

This session will look at some of the key issues that may arise with estate administration where a charity is a beneficiary, which may include where a charity has been left a legacy or is a residuary beneficiary. This will include looking at the rights of the beneficiaries under the Will and what information they are entitled to and can request, as well as the suitability of executors and key issues that may arise.
