Simon Rhodes leaves the law for business consultancy venture
Simon Rhodes will be leaving Trethowans and the law on 31 March to set up his own business consultancy.
Following a legal career spanning 25 years Simon Rhodes will be leaving Trethowans and the law on 31 March to set up his own business consultancy specialising in organisational culture and business performance, called Red Heart Blue Head having written three books on the subject including ‘Build Your Super-tribe’ and ‘Get Win Ready’.
Simon joined Trethowans in 2005 and over the last 16 years has served in many roles including as Managing Partner for six years and Head of Employment.
Simon leaves with the firm’s best wishes. His new role will hopefully generate opportunities for us to carry on working with Simon on an ongoing basis. So we’re looking forward to a changed, but still fruitful working relationship.
Chris Whiteley, Trethowans’ Managing Partner, said: “Although we are sad to lose Simon, we’d like to say a big thank you to him for all his years of service and wish him all the best in his new career. Over the years he has proved to be an immensely capable lawyer and was a catalyst in creating the great culture we have as a firm today. We will miss him around the office but look forward to working with him again soon!”
Simon Rhodes said “It’s been a genuine joy and privilege to work at Trethowans for the last 16 years, because of working with so many great people. I’m excited about the future with Red Heart Blue Head. I wish the firm the very best for the future.”
