Franziska is a Senior Associate in the Commercial Property team, advising on a wide range of property transactions. She also leads our specialist Plot Sales team, working with developers on residential and commercial new-build developments.
Her particular strength is in the preparation of bespoke documenation for development sites and the sale of residential and commercial plots, preparing site information sheets and ensuring that precedent documents are agreed in advance to streamline the sales process. She works closely with clients to tailor transactions to their needs and collaborates with other teams in the firm to provide additional services
Beyond plot sales, Franziska has extensive experience in commercial property transactions, acting for investors, developers, landlords and tenants. She advises on acquisitions, disposals and lease arrangements, ensuring matters are structured efficiently and effectively to support her clients’ commercial goals.
